Verdali® plant-based mignon strips with salad with yogurt sauce


  • Cleaned green leaves; ⠀
  • Sanitized cherry tomatoes; ⠀
  • 1 package of Verdali® PLANT-BASED MIGNON STRIPS; ⠀
  • 1 pot of natural yogurt; ⠀
  • ½ squeezed lemon; ⠀
  • Salt and pepper to taste; ⠀
  • Olive oil or other vegetable oil; ⠀
  • Sesame seeds.

Method of preparation:

Start by making the sauce. Using a coffee strainer or sieve, line it with a paper strainer and add the natural yogurt. Let the whey drain over a container for about 1 hour in the refrigerator. ⠀⠀

Place the drained yogurt in another container. You will notice that it will be very creamy. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper and mix well. ⠀

In the frying pan, prepare the plant-based Mignon Strips sautéed in olive oil. ⠀

In a bowl, place the green leaves, the cherry tomatoes cut in half, the yogurt sauce, the Mignon Strips and mix everything with two spatulas. Sprinkle sesame seeds and serve.
