Bruschetta

Ingredients:

  • ® Plant-based chickenless strips ;
  • 2 tablespoons of ricotta cream, natural yogurt or cashew cream;⠀
  • Sliced Italian bread;;⠀
  • Oil;
  • Oregano.⠀

Method of preparation:

Cut the Italian bread into 1-inch slices. Place in a mold and drizzle with a drizzle of olive oil. Sprinkle with oregano and place in the oven to toast for about 5 to 10 minutes, until crispy. Meanwhile, in the frying pan, sauté the Chicken-Free Strips in a drizzle of olive oil. Add 2 tablespoons of ricotta cream, natural yogurt or cashew cream. Mix well with the Strips and serve over toasted slices of bread. Decorate with parsley or basil and serve.

For the cashew nut cream:⠀
Soak 1 cup of raw cashew nuts for 8 hours. Drain, blend in a blender with clean water, about ⅓ to ½ cup depending on the desired texture. Add 1 pinch of salt.⠀
