Creamy pumpkin soup with crispy bacon verdali®


  • 1 cabotiá or paulista pumpkin;
  • 1 chopped onion; ⠀
  • Olive oil; ⠀
  • Salt, pepper, paprika and ginger to taste; ⠀
  • 1 package of Verdali® Crispy Bacon.

Method of preparation:

Wash the pumpkin well and microwave for 5 minutes. This will make removing the shell easier. Cut the pumpkin into slices, remove the skin and seeds. In the pan, add 1 drizzle of olive oil, sauté the onion and add the pumpkin cubes. Add the natural seasonings and add water until it covers the pumpkin. Let it cook until the pumpkin is very soft. Blend the soup with a mixer or blender until it becomes creamy. Return to the pan, taste for salt. Serve with Crispy Verdali Bacon.⠀
