Sauces to go with verdali® chickenless nuggets

1. Homemade Barbecue:

In a frying pan add 3 tablespoons of ketchup, 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon of molasses or brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 pinch of clove powder, 1 pinch of garlic powder , 1 pinch of onion powder, 1 drizzle of olive oil – mix well until heated through and serve. ⠀

2. Mustard and honey⠀

1 tablespoon of yellow or Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon of honey or molasses, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 1 drizzle of olive oil, 1 pinch of salt, 1 pinch of pepper. Mix well and serve.⠀

3. Yogurt with tahini⠀

1 pot of natural yogurt + 1 tablespoon of tahini (sesame paste) + salt to taste. Using a coffee strainer or sieve, line it with a paper strainer and add the natural yogurt. Let the whey drain over a container for about 1 hour in the refrigerator. Place the drained yogurt in another container, mix with tahini and salt, and serve.
