The recipe is simple: the French bread will be cut in half and you can remove the crumb or press it into the bottom.
For the filling:
- 1 package of Verdali® Plant-based Ground Beef;
- 1 small onion chopped into cubes;
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped with seeds;
- Salt and pepper to taste;
- Hot paprika (optional);
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Method of preparation
Sauté the onion in olive oil. Add the ground meat and mix well. Add the tomato, seasonings and cook until the liquid reduces a little. After that, just fill the French bread without the crumb.
