In all aspects, we were careful to offer a nutritional composition very close to that of red meat. Soy, peas, chickpeas, bamboo fiber, beetroot and other vegetables make up the healthiest burger in the plant-based category. The juiciness of the Verdali Burger does not come from added fats, but from the innovative and unique technology in Brazil used in our process.
